What's included in the professional setup & Installation

Our team will bring your chamber to your final location with a box truck and a liftgate, remove the crate & packaging, and bring the chamber inside with 4-8 people. Once we have completed our full setup, then one of our technicians wil come out and do the final installation of hoses, check all bolts, seals, check valves for leaks, check for broken pieces, and then do the final testing for our approval.

You wil be trained on site of how the unit operates and then you will schedule a follow up training to go into depth on unit operations and to ask any questions that may have popped up.

Warranty Information

Feel safe with our 5 year warranty on all Canadian Timberline saunas.
The buyer is obligated to read the user manual and follow the instructions and requirements presented.
Damage to the product caused by not following the instructions or from improper sauna use, or tampering of the heater will void the warranty. If there are any defects on the sauna heater, where the manufacturer can be blamed, the buyer has the right to demand a replacement or repair of the product.
All complaints must happen within the time period of the life of the warranty.
Warranty applies only to electric heaters that have been used according to the instruction manual
Warranty does not cover heating elements as they are considered a consumable part.
Warranty does not cover general wear that occurs from normal sauna use
