Ship-times can vary from season to season, and from model to model, as well as residential or rural deliveries. Items will arrive on average within 1-3 weeks of order times with some arriving faster or occasionally a little longer. You can always send us a message to determine a more up to date estimate so you can begin planning for its delivery!
Our saunas and cold plunges ship either via LTL (less-than-truckload) carriers or dedicated flatbed rigs. You will receive a text or email notification when your sauna ships, as well as a call from the carrier to make arrangements for its delivery. With some items we will be able to provide you with a tracking code.
At Balance Rejuvenation we will always do our best to accommodate the delivery of your sauna around your busy schedule. However, we thank you in advance for being flexible with our driver’s rigid and pre-scheduled delivery timelines.
If a product is in stock the item will ship within 3-4 days of order placement.
If item is not in stock, then items will usually ship within 1 week.
Shipping is free in the Continental USA and Canada.
Businesses must have a loading dock or other equipment to unload sauna crates
Some remote areas/islands might have extra shipping charges
Balance Rejuvenation will manage all requirements for Customs and Crossing the border
Missing components or in transit damage claims must be made to Balance Rejuvenation within 30 days of receipt of merchandise.

Trucking Company Responsibilities

1) Making an appointment to deliver your sauna

2) Delivering your sauna to the end of your driveway or curbside
a. The trucking company is NOT responsible for unloading the sauna
b. The trucking company is NOT going to back their truck into your driveway
c. Most times the trucking company will deliver with an 18 wheel truck
i. Will this size truck fit on your road or neighbourhood?

3) If the sauna crate is less than 92” (7 feet), the trucking company may have a lift gate on the back of the truck which can be used to assist getting the sauna off the truck. The customer and the truck driver can lower the crate to the ground

4) If the sauna crate is more than 92”, there will not be a lift gate to unload the sauna crate and the customer needs to decide how they are going to get the crate off the truck. Therefore, the customer will need to do one of the following options:
a. Arrange for a piece of equipment to be available to unload the crate
B. Use a trailer and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal
C. Rent a tilt tow truck and pick up the crate at the delivery terminal. If the customer cannot do any of the above and they want Balance Rejuvenation to arrange for a tilt tow truck, we will provide this service for a cost. The cost will be $750

Customer Responsibilities

1) Returning phone calls to the trucking company in a timely manner, to arrange delivery

2) Determining how the sauna is going to be unloaded from the truck
a. Crates will vary from 6 feet long to 14 feet long
b. The crate’s weight will vary from 800 pounds to 1600 pounds, depending on the size of the sauna
Suggested methods for unloading the truck
i. Use a forklift or other mechanical piece of equipment

1. When using a fork lift to pick up the crates, they must be picked up from the end of the crate and fork lift extensions are required.

ii. Renting a tilt tow truck to pick up the sauna from the local terminal and have it delivered to your home

4) If the crate arrives damaged, you can accept the shipment, however, please take pictures of the damage, and note the damage on the shipper’s Bill of Lading (BOL). Immediately, contact Balance rejuvenation or Leisurecraft, so we can contact the shipper.

A. Mark the Bill of Lading(BOL) with “(Crate arrived open/damaged-Possible Hidden Damage.”
If you will be away and unable to receive the goods on your scheduled delivery date, we recommend making arrangements for someone to receive the delivery on your behalf. Any re-delivery or storage fees will be charged to the customer.
If an order arrives with an item or items missing from the shipping document, it is the buyer's responsibility to do the following:

Mark these items as missing on the delivery bill of lading.

Contact the shipping company and have them search for any missing items. If the missing items cannot be found, please contact Balance Rejuvenation at Support@balancerejuvenation.com
If a product arrives damaged by the transporter, it is the buyer's responsibility to make sure this is marked as damaged on the delivery bill of lading. Once it’s been noted with the carrier, the Balance Rejuvenation team can raise a claim, and send replacement parts if necessary to the buyer.
