Order and Shipping Policy

At Balance Rejuvenation our top priority is to ensure your experience with us is enjoyable, simple, and seamless. Below, you'll find all the details regarding our Order & Shipping process. Your Order - What to Expect

Shortly after placing your order, you will receive an "Order Confirmation" email to confirm that we have received it.

We will verify with our suppliers to confirm if your order is in stock and available for immediate shipment. Most pre-made saunas and accessories are typically ready for prompt shipment, while custom saunas will require additional time (see Shipping Timeline below).

Once your order is confirmed and payment has been completed, your order will be processed for shipment (unless it is a special case sauna as mentioned earlier). With most carriers we will provide you with tracking information on the day your order ships to the email address you supplied during checkout.

If you do not receive tracking information within 7 business days of your purchase date, please do not hesitate to contact us through the chat option, our contact page, or via email.


Shipping Details

Where We Ship:
 Currently most of our brands are able to ship anywhere within the continental United States and Canada. While many of our brand offer free shipping on larger orders there may be some situations or items where shipping cost will apply. To obtain a shipping quote for your order, please contact us directly and provide your details to Support@Balancerejuvenation.com. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping, but we encourage you to check back for updates.

 

SPECIAL NOTE: If you require special services beyond our standard delivery, such as delivery to an inaccessible drop-off address, you may incur a “difficult delivery fee.” If you have any questions about your delivery address, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist.

 

Shipping Timeline:
Shipping times can vary from season-season, or model-model. as well as the level of customization. Many of our prefab saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges and accessories are in stock and ready to ship within a few days after your payment is processed and take about 1-3 weeks to arrive. In Contrast please be aware that due to the nature of some of our more customized products, preparation and shipping times can take slightly longer ranging on average from 3-6 weeks

 

SPECIAL NOTE: If there are delays to your order due to unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather, supplier unavailability, or price changes—a dedicated customer support specialist will contact you using the information provided in your order form. We will explain the situation, any changes to your order, and if the new terms are unacceptable, you may cancel your order at that time.

Upon Receipt of Package:

  1. Before signing any documentation, thoroughly inspect your delivered items.
    a. Please check for any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures, and ensure you note this on the delivery receipt. Signing a delivery receipt without indicating any damage signifies your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report damages may cause delays or rejection of freight claims.

  2. Count all items in your package to ensure everything is accounted for. Take photos of any damaged packaging or items.
    a. Any missing items must be reported within 3 days by emailing Support@Balancerejuvenation.com or using our contact us page. This window is crucial, as we cannot replace missing pieces after this time.

  3. For any “concealed” damages (damages not evident at the time of delivery), please report immediately by emailing Support@Balancerejuvenation.com or via our contact page.

  4. We will work with you to arrange a refund, or send out missing or replacement parts as appropriate.

Refusals:
Refusing delivery of your order for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors can will incur up to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping charges.





Delayed or Lost Packages

  • Delayed or Lost Delivery:

    • If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery time or you believe it might be lost, please contact us as soon as possible at Support@balancerejuvenation.com 


 


 

Missing Items

  • Reporting Missing Items:

    • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your package.

    • Provide your order number and details of the missing item(s).

    • If any items are missing from your order:

  • Resolution:

    • We will investigate and resolve the issue promptly by sending the missing item(s) or offering a refund.

 


 

10. Return and Refund Policy

  • Returns:

    • Returns are accepted within 30 days of receiving your order.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

    • Certain items (e.g., personalized or perishable goods) may not be eligible for return.

  • Return Shipping Costs:

    • Customer Responsibility: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective or not as described.

    • Company Responsibility: If the return is due to our error, we will cover the return shipping costs.

  • Refunds:

  • Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned item.

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

11. Incorrect Address

  • Address Accuracy:

    • Please ensure that all shipping information is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

  • Returned Packages:

    • We will contact you to arrange reshipment.

    • Additional shipping charges may apply.
