Shipping Details
Where We Ship:
Currently most of our brands are able to ship anywhere within the continental United States and Canada. While many of our brand offer free shipping on larger orders there may be some situations or items where shipping cost will apply. To obtain a shipping quote for your order, please contact us directly and provide your details to Support@Balancerejuvenation.com. Unfortunately, we do not yet offer international shipping, but we encourage you to check back for updates.
SPECIAL NOTE: If you require special services beyond our standard delivery, such as delivery to an inaccessible drop-off address, you may incur a “difficult delivery fee.” If you have any questions about your delivery address, please reach out to us, and we’ll be happy to assist.
Shipping Timeline:
Shipping times can vary from season-season, or model-model. as well as the level of customization. Many of our prefab saunas, hot tubs, cold plunges and accessories are in stock and ready to ship within a few days after your payment is processed and take about 1-3 weeks to arrive. In Contrast please be aware that due to the nature of some of our more customized products, preparation and shipping times can take slightly longer ranging on average from 3-6 weeks
SPECIAL NOTE: If there are delays to your order due to unforeseen circumstances—such as extreme weather, supplier unavailability, or price changes—a dedicated customer support specialist will contact you using the information provided in your order form. We will explain the situation, any changes to your order, and if the new terms are unacceptable, you may cancel your order at that time.
Upon Receipt of Package:

Before signing any documentation, thoroughly inspect your delivered items.
a. Please check for any visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures, and ensure you note this on the delivery receipt. Signing a delivery receipt without indicating any damage signifies your acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report damages may cause delays or rejection of freight claims.

Count all items in your package to ensure everything is accounted for. Take photos of any damaged packaging or items.
a. Any missing items must be reported within 3 days by emailing Support@Balancerejuvenation.com or using our contact us page. This window is crucial, as we cannot replace missing pieces after this time.

For any “concealed” damages (damages not evident at the time of delivery), please report immediately by emailing Support@Balancerejuvenation.com or via our contact page.
- We will work with you to arrange a refund, or send out missing or replacement parts as appropriate.
Refusals:
Refusing delivery of your order for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors can will incur up to a 25% restocking fee, in addition to any applicable shipping charges.
