- Returns must be shipped in the original wood crate.

2. Return Eligibility
Customers in United States, Canada have the right to cancel their purchase and return the product within 30 days of receipt without providing any reason, subject to the conditions outlined below. Custom items, build to order items such as saunas and items that have already ship may not be eligible for order cancellations or may be subject to restocking fees.

Unused and Undamaged: The item must be unused, undamaged, and in the same condition that you received it.

Original Packaging: The item must be in the original packaging, with all labels and tags attached.

- Due to the nature of most of our products being large and expensive to ship, If a product is returned by choice and not because of a fault with the product then the customer will be responsible for paying the to and from shipping fees as well as up to a 25% restocking fee. These cost will be deducted from the refund.

4. Preparing Your Return

We will first try to send out replacement parts. If item cannot be repaired with replacement parts we will then accept a full return of the item. We will inspect the item after it is returned. If the item is deemed faulty by Balance Rejuvenation then we will issue up to a full refund including shipping fees or send out a complete replacement item.

Depending on the product if they are made to order or personalized in any way you may be able to cancel the order for a Refund. If the production has already started then there would be a case by case refund policy. Cancellations before shipment will be subject to a 5% processing fee.

Cancellations cannot be made after the products has Shipped. Returns for any reason other than damaged, missing, or wrong products will be subject to shipping costs and up to a 25% restocking fee.
